Cerita yang berpusat pada seorang anak SMA yaitu Rtoya Murakami, yang tak pernah bisa melupakan teman perempuan masa kecilnya yang ia biarkan meninggal dalam sebuah insiden. Merasa bahwa ia harus memenuhi janji mereka untuk membuktikan keberadaan alien, ia terus memperhatikan langit. Suatu hari, seorang gadis bernama Kuroha Neko yang tampak persis seperti teman masa kecilnya itu, masuk ke kelasnya sebagai murid pindahan. Ternyata dia adalah pengguna sihir yang telah melarikan diri dari laboratorium penelitian. Dia mengatakan bahwa ia tidak pernah bertemu Murakami sebelumnya. Gadis itu memiliki kekuatan super dan sepertinya bisa memprediksi masa depan. Akan bagaimanakah kehidupan Murakami berubah?? Dan siapakah sebenarnya perempuan misterius yang mengaku bahwa ia adalah seorang penyihir??
